Pros: - The chocolate flavor tastes amazing (cinnamon and honey are also good) - Substantial size but not too big (larger and thicker than Cheerios) - Very crunchy when dry - Great amount of protein - Quite low sugar Cons: - Expensive (but you're paying for quality, and the multi-packs tend to have a better unit price) - The "frosted" flavor was disappointing - it doesn't taste like traditional frosted cereals (perhaps because the sweetening isn't mostly coming from sugar?). It wasn't bad, but it definitely wasn't as good as the chocolate, cinnamon, or honey (if you like those flavors). - I wish these had more fiber, but that's probably challenging since they're grain-free. Other: - Gets soggy in milk as quickly as similar cereals, which may be a good, bad, or irrelevant feature depending on your preference. - The gingerbread flavor tastes fairly similar to the cinnamon. Tip: Since these are expensive, we make them go farther by mixing them with plain Cheerios, which have even less sugar (but almost no flavor and little protein).

Finally an unsweetened cereal with great taste! I love it. Unsweetened cereal is so hard to find when you are on Keto. This works great for me. I can eat it as a snack or breakfast. I only wish that Three Wishes could make an unsweetened breakfast bar.

This cereal is delicious, my toddler and I both enjoy it solo or with milk. Love that you get some sweetness without too much sugar, plus some protein. Depending on your eating style, if you are unused to monkfruit or stevia, it may take some getting used to as it will not taste sweet in the way of most cereals. But if you typically follow a lower sugar diet, you may find Three Wishes is just perfect.

The cereal is plant based and gluten free. It’s not frosted flakes and cocoa pebbles and sugary leprechauns. It tastes great for what it is. However, if you want it on-time, in a box directly from the Manufacturer, you need to purchase it at Vitacost.com. Amazon is unrealiable and ridiculously expensive when the stock gets low. They were charging almost $11 per box when stock was backordered! Go to Vitacost. You’ll have a much better experience for almost the same price, and your boxes will be fresh, packaged correctly, and won’t be damaged or opened.

The cereal is wonderful. It has an intoxicating vanilla scent, a warm vanilla taste, and a wonderful crunch. I like to eat it dry, as a little crunchy snack. I will never again open the box and sit down with it, because it's so good that it is easy to consume the entire box.

If you're like me and fell in love with the limited edition chocolate covered strawberries that came out in Feb at Whole Foods, then you probably got overly excited to see that they came out with these as a staple. I purchased the 6 pack and picked up a few chocolate boxes from my local store and just mixed the two together to achieve what I THOUGHT was going to be the same flavor I fell in love with(mind you I still had an unopened box of the orig mix that was still good thru 2/23 so I was able to compare). I was disappointed that something was def not right with the flavor...so I tried the strawberry on its own...and could barely taste the strawberry flavor. I still have the other boxes to go through so I'm hoping it was just a bad batch and maybe overlooked because they wanted to get these out fast for us...but I still thought it important to share for anyone who might be looking to try the same thing.

While I like how this cereal is considerably more filling than traditional cereals, it is kind of bland and sort of has the texture of packing peanuts. However, considering that it’s unsweetened, it isn’t too bad, especially when you add sliced banana (or whatever fruit of your choice, lol).
