It came in a repackaged box, then the audio outputs were damaged. Once it was connected to the speakers and to the headphones the audio would come out disoriented. First I thought it was just the setting but after a while I noticed that if the input cable moved slightly the audio would be good for a few seconds then it would go back. Disappointed. This is used in a professional way for events. I really like the material that this controller is built. What I really don’t like is that Pioneer is not getting the drivers or firmware on time when a new operating system comes out. Now I got a $2,000.00 piece of equipment I cannot use because is not supported. The controller DDJ-SZ2 simply doesn’t work they way is supposed to. Very annoying situation. ... show more
