The media could not be loaded. I am a senior and have a lumbar degenerative disc disease causing pain in the lower back "lumber" region. Cairo / message or any other therapy gives temporary relief and has to resort to pain killers like "Naproxen or Ibuprofen" which can cause ulcers and bleeding in the stomach. The belt was very comfortable to wear and instructions were easy to follow, but there was absolutely no relief or change in my discomfort. Not a strong enough belt to actually relieve pain in the lower lumbar.

All I can say is this product works for lower back pain and sciatica pain issues. I tried all types of Youtube stretches which gave me short-term relief but this product does the relief.
