Received this product fairly quickly. However, the box was damaged. The product looks nothing like what is pictured. Mine was pink. The product was also very, very light and no instructions came with. I plugged the unit in and turned it on, however, it did not turn on. I thought maybe I didn't have it connected properly, so I tried again. Still not working. I would not recommend this item. It is very cheaply made, too light to be considered of good quality. When I contacted the seller to return the item, I was told I would have to pay the postage to return a defective item. Not happy at all. Return postage would cost just about as much as I paid for the unit. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money as I did! UPDATE: I have since contacted the Seller and told them about the situation. The seller agreed to send me a new one. I did receive the new one, tried it out and it works great! I look forward to getting this whole afternoon and the thing doesn't even work doesn't even turn on it looks even cheaply made but also I did pay 10 bucks.... Still a bummer it's too much trouble to return with these new policies too... I don't know anymore Amazon ERRIBLE all around.

it gets the job done but sometimes if i don’t have it on a higher speed, it will slow down and eventually stop which worries me. also the chord is v short so i have to hold it at awkward angles sometime ://

This made my day! I have significant nail psoriasis, which makes my fondernails and toenails very thick and clawlike. It was becoming difficult to wear shoes! But this guy is fantastic. It took some time, but I was able to shape my nails to “normal” nail shape again, for the first time in many years! The variable speeds and the different types of heads were really helpful, as I needed to be able to change things fairly frequently to get the results I was looking for. This little guy is super useful. It’s a little too powerful for fingernails, but the right head with a low speed makes it easier to work. The only cons I have is the length of the cord and that the body heats up fairly quickly. But neither of those are significant enough for me to be at all disappointed. I wish I’d taken before and after photos - it’s crazy, the difference! ... show more

Get what you paid for… I got it to use to cut thick toenails and it’s don’t cut or grind well. Just a slight bit of pressure and it will stop working, over heat within a few minutes and the attachments are cheap. Stay away from
