I purchased this brush in Feb, 2022 to use painting parts for my model ship building hobby. The air brush works fine, easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to clean. It has been 10 months and have had not issues with the brush until I tripped over the air hose and it dropped on my concrete floor breaking the front tip. I wrote to customer service on their website and Kevin responded within a couple of hours. After several additional emails confirming my purchase via Amazon, Kevin mailed my not just a new tip, but an entire new air brush kit. A very pleasant surprise!     • A good inexpensive airbrush to start out with

I got this airbrush for detailed painting of fishing lures. This airbrush comes with a 0.2mm needle installed and also with .3 and .5 mm needles. Unfortunately, there isn't a separate nozzle housing for the .3 mm needle. Both the .2 and .3 nozzles use the same housing. I wasn't real happy with the .2 needle so I switched to the .3 needle and it seemed to spray much better. Not sure if this is a housing issue or not. More testing will be required to see if this is the issue. Two other things that I see as minor issues are that the trigger seems to require too much downward pressure and the lack of a case to store it in. With the trigger issue, you need to make sure that you really press down for the airflow, while pulling back for the paint feed. My other airbrush is much more natural with the way the trigger works, where with this airbrush you really have to make sure you are pushing down for the airflow. This has led to a few times in the middle of a stroke where the paint stopped being sprayed. As for the lack of a case, this comes with a couple of separate pieces of foam and a plastic cover put in a bubble wrap bag. The foam pieces keep coming apart and the airbrush pieces fall out. I ended up gluing the foam pieces together to see if I can at least make it usable. Overall, I think this is a decent airbrush for beginners because of the price. I know with the above issues you would expect a lower rating, but it seems well made, almost to the point of being too heavy, but at least it's not cheaply made. I think this will serve the purpose it was purchased for. ... show more

Great airbrush kit for the price! Everything pictured in the listing is what you get and well packaged at that! The brush comes installed with the 0.2mm needle installed and I swapped it out for the 0.3mm needle, which was very easy to do. The double action is also adjustable with the stopper on the back for flow as well as the screw up front. It's sprays great and does the job I need it to do (Primer and base coats) I don't use airbrushes for fine details, so I can't comment on that. For around $30~ give it a try, it's a great deal for a solid kit. ... show more

This acts every bit a 40.00 airbrush. That’s the biggest selling point. It’s a Chinese knockoff of a $400 airbrush with all the trimmings and works well enough, but for how long? The airbrush comes in some flimsy packaging. There is no storage box. The needle had a burr on it. As a pro, that’s easy for me to fix. I suspect I’ll be doing this again. The small air pressure valve, allowing one to adjust airflow from the gun is wobbly and don’t work. The color cup lid doesn’t fit perfectly and will, if tipped with a full color cup, leak. I suspect none of the parts have been deburred or polished after machining as the air cap had leftover evidence of this. But it works. I can paint with it like any other airbrush. The manufacturer inform you via a slip of paper akin to a fortune cookie inside the box that they are even willing to GIVE you another airbrush just for doing them the favor of buying this one, if you go to their site and enter info like email, phone etc. I won’t do this. I’m sure all may be well intentioned but the site looks about as secure as this airbrush is manufactured. At 40 bucks I’ll run this into the ground and keep whatever is left over for spare parts. If you’re a beginner, go for it. You can take all your frustrations out on this airbrush learning before you buy a real one. Like buying a clunker car, you’ll learn how to fix one along the way. ... show more

It looked like there was a little case to keep everything safe and clean. The top is a super thin piece of plastic that was only there for box support. There is a thin piece of foam on the bottom and maybe a 1/2 inch inset. I hope the airbrush itself isn’t garbage and I will be back with an update.
