I got this for my niece's 13th birthday and she told me she loves it. She's always been very artistically inclined so I thought she would like this paint by number. It's marketed towards adults, but she's been painting and creating for a few years now and I think she's a little ahead of your regular 13 year olds (thought I'm probably biased). She also loves cats so it was a doubly appreciated gift. I looked at it before giving it to her and I was pleased with the array of different color paints and the quality of the canvas, as well as the brushes. It was a far cry from the cheap paint by numbers I grew up with that's for sure.

Get this for the crafty kid in your life!! This takes art to the next level for your child that loves to paint. My daughter loves quick projects but also likes things that take time where she can hyper focus and kind of drown out the world around her for a bit (as a middle child of 5). This is the perfect kit for her. She loves spending time on it. This is not a quick project but one worth the effort and the money! Such a great gift. The materials are so nice and the canvas is pretty fancy. We love that it rolls up and can't wait to hang it on the wall when it's done. Instructions are very straight forward and has everything you need to get going right away. Beautiful, unique picture too.

I am not entirely finished with this painting yet, but I noticed some of the colors are not what they should be based on the image provided. The light gray is dark, and there's supposed to be a maroon ish color that is just brown. It makes it look like things aren't flowing nicely. Some of the paints are also a little goopy and don't go on evenly...I know this happens in almost every one I've ordered but it's still frustrating when it's several of the colors. I'm sure this will still look okay...based on the price and the quality of the canvas and the pants I still gave it a 4.

Super happy with this paint kit. It's detailed with small bits and I find it's almost meditative to paint them. Such a relaxing activity. The paint quality is decent it's a cute picture that I'm sure will be lovely when finished.

I Was so excited about this kit, esp for the price, but like other reviews it came with an exp date of 11/2022 and many of the paint colors were so dry that even putting water in it didn’t bring it back to life. And I didn’t figure this out until I had already started painting with a non dry color and then went to open another to find that tube dried out. Very disappointed.

This kit is printed on gessoed canvas, which makes it both easy to store while painting, and will look great when stretched and framed once finished. There are a lot of colors in this kit - and so much detail! Some spots on the canvas are so small it will take only a couple of well-placed strokes to fill. It made a fantastic gift, and thanks to the ample detail will take a many weeks to complete (as free time arises). It's definitely calming to work on the painting, and it's a gorgeous design. The paint is of a good quality, and brushes on smoothly. It's thin and the canvas texture shows upon inspection, but likely an additive could be used to create more brush texture if desired. Nonetheless, it looks great straight out of the box. It's a fantastic kit, lasting value, and considering the amount of detail it's a great gift that will be enjoyed during creation - and cherished once finished and displayed.

I forgot to take any photos since I forgot to start painting this one yet. It’s a very nice size canvas talking 16 x 24 and I didn’t realize that but I am not complaining! My first pink Picasso kit was just a smaller size of the self-care series and I’m obsessed. Here’s what I would want to know if it was me looking at this kit for the first time: Everything you need, including brushes, and absolutely enough paint and instructions both in black-and-white with number and photo visual of the end result are included. Technically, you can reuse the tubing that it comes in for just about anything you want or for storing the painting when you’re done. The canvas is extremely high-quality and has room on the outside, so that you can cut it to size for framing, as you want instead of one standard size only The instructions are thorough and make sure you know where you can get more information and make it so easy with the QR code on how to handle little things that could come up. If you make a mistake, you can use water and a brush or paper towel and literally wipe it away while it’s still wet The colors are pretty opaque, but you do need about two coats at times to cover just the number part but it really depends on the color you’re using Everything about this kit and all of their kids is amazing because you don’t have to go looking for paintbrushes. You don’t need to go find anything or rummage together all the supplies you can find so you can do a painting. What I love is that they’re not ugly paid my numbers that are meant for for kids and they’re not designs that are unreasonable for adults to really enjoy. So like I got the don’t suck it up buttercup, smaller size and it’s just something I would actually hang on my wall. This one absolutely is getting framed. I do believe if you need, you can either reach out or order more of any color you’re using and they will also offer support. It appears very readily and easily for any issues that might occur while you are working through it. Kudos to these ladies and their amazing company. 20/10 recommend.
