  • Classic style that supports connectivity
Size: Leather Color: Azure Horizon
This is a beautiful watch. Aesthetically pleasing and functional, it’s a nice break from regular smartwatches that look too digital. My boyfriend gave this a try and compared it with his Apple Watch, and obviously, while this couldn’t compete with the Apple Watch in all around functionality, this watch serves its purpose very well as a dressier piece that supports connectivity. The dial is classic, very readable, the leather strap is sturdy and comfortable, and the styling speaks for itself. This is a beautiful watch for dressier occasions or when you just want a classier, more old school look. ... show more

  • Beautiful watch with some simple fitness tracker features.
Size: Sport Color: Noir Eclipse
I’m a petite woman, not the target audience I’m sure, but my Fitbit Sense was looking quite beat up, so I decided to make this my own. It’s heavy, very noticeably heavier than my Fitbit Sense, and the band is a little too big on the tightest hole. So I’m ordering a replacement 22mm band and will find a band that works perfectly for me. It charges quickly— it started at zero charge out of the box and was fully charged in a little over an hour— and it fit its charger just fine. The round charger plugs into any usb-c cable, so that’s easy. The app is a bit weird and clunky. I had some difficulty getting the app to recognize my watch even after making sure I could see the watch in my Bluetooth connections list— turns out I needed to touch the watch name at the top of the screen. To set up my daily goals I had to do it twice, in two different places. I was happy to be able to switch all my displays to English vs metric. But the little quick setup guide basically says to download the app and then learn about your new watch from the app. I’ve had fitbits for a lot of years, so I’m used to full screen touch screens, and not so good with buttons. It took reading the reviews to realize that the middle button could be turned as well as pressed to access different screens. I’ll get it figured out over time, and the more I wear it, the more I like the way it looks and feels. It seems to count steps right about the same as my Fitbit did, my HR is very close to what my Fitbit said, and my oxygen saturation isn’t being read right now, but my best guess is that it’s because the watch is too loose on my wrist. I can easily get two fingers between the band and my wrist. That’s my fault for wearing a watch not designed for someone my size, and I expect it to work fine once I have a band that fits my wrist. Its a beautiful watch. Its fitness tracking is perfectly adequate. It’s really the app and the lack of written documentation that I don’t love— I’d at least like a detailed pdf available describing all of its features. I will update if I acquire enlightenment on other features! Update after a week or so of use: I have a new band, the brown one in the last pictures. I like it a lot, and the watch fits now. I’ve gotten used to the weight. I’ve figured out that rotating the middle knob gets you to its menu of weather, sports, activity, compass, etc, then you press the knob to select what is displayed. Unfortunately my watch lost its Bluetooth connection to my phone, and I had to completely reset it to get it to connect again. So I just lost a weeks worth of data. To reset: hold down top and bottom buttons while it’s on its charger for about ten seconds until it appears to freak out, then it’ll reboot and be blank settings wise. At that point I could finally reconnect to my phone. We will see how long it stays connected this time! One more thing I realized— it doesn’t count stairs, or elevation changes. I really miss that from my Fitbit use. I have ten years or so of Fitbit data, and I’m now going to be missing a piece of the puzzle. ... show more

  • Not ready for market!!
Size: Leather Color: Sand Dune
My wife purchased a Sintesi hybrid watch for my birthday in February, and I’ve now experienced two complete failures with this product in just a few months. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and reliability of this watch. The first unit stopped functioning shortly after I began using it—the crown mechanism failed entirely. I followed your return process and sent back the full package. A replacement unit was sent, but unfortunately, the issues with this one have been even worse: It arrived completely dead and required overnight charging just to power on. The battery life has been abysmal—barely lasting a day before requiring a recharge. The analog hands regularly drift out of sync, requiring frequent manual adjustments. The watch face began fogging with condensation, particularly after minor exposure to heat or moisture (such as washing hands). And now, the device has stopped charging altogether and is completely unusable. At this point, I’ve had two defective units in less than six months, which calls into serious question the reliability and readiness of this product. I no longer have confidence in the Sintesi line and I believe this situation warrants more than just another replacement. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Beautiful watch, tech spotty. Constantly need to reconnect.

  • Classy, stylish, super useful
Size: Sport Color: Luna Steel
This is my first smartwatch and I am very happy and impressed with it. I didn't know that SmartWatches could come in such a classy and stylish option. I really like that this is an analog-smartwatch hybrid instead of a smart watch with a big screen on it-I'm not a fan of the big screens. So far in my testing the accuracy of the steps counter and pulse counter seems to be very accurate and it also is very accurate with its displayed time, as it should be. The app does leave a little bit to be desired- it's not completely intuitive- but it's not that bad once you get it figured out. After figuring out the app, all of the watches functions are working very well. The battery also seems to last plenty of time, I haven't had to recharge it yet, and overall I really just like how useful it is compared to a regular watch. While I do think that this is a bit more expensive than it should be, other watches I've seen that are similar aren't priced quite as high, I am really happy with this watch overall and I'd recommend it to anyone who's looking for a classy and stylish smartwatch. In conclusion, for these reasons I've listed above, I give this watch four stars. ... show more

  • Not a very smart watch
Size: Sport Color: Ivory Night
Do not purchase this watch. It counts steps and tells time. Nothing else works. And there is no customer support to speak of.
