They feel bulky and the cord is annoying. Other than that the look is great. Three settings on the lights- on, flash, and a quicker flash. You can see the lights while wearing them, especially in the dark, but it doesn’t hamper vision too much. The flash that close to the face is a little annoying.

My department decorated their area as an 'End of the World Beach Rave', and I had to get these. Lasted all day with the battery pack that I attached to my outfit, and ran the cord underneath. Didn't give me any issues and it was fun to click between the settings of the lights. Very bright light as well, and you can see through the slates to walk around with them on [though I don't recommend wearing them and moving around while drunk, haha, I'm sure that can cause issues]. They would be perfect if they could be plugged in the wall to charge for a bit and then untether. But, no instead you have to feed it two AA batteries that are forever attached to the glasses with a wire. So, you have to find a way to conceal that. I would have gone lower than 4 stars if the price wasn't so low. But, I still think that it's kind of ridiculous. Who wants a wire hanging off their face with their glasses and a little battery pack they have to hide somewhere? Worth it for a gag, costume, or video... not something you'll want to wear very often. They do look cool though! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. So the rest of my team got the blue and pink and theirs looked just fine..even in the day light you could tell they were on. Mine not so much..they didn't flicker and it took the sun to go down almost completely before they showed up. But they were still cute ltr;)

I bought the glasses a few months back when I randomly came across them on Amazon after seeing them worn by Matt Bellamy from Muse, as my cover band plays Muse and I thought it'd be a sweet gimmick. Sure enough, these glasses are a huge crowd pleaser and lady magnet (and dude magnet. These glasses don't discriminate). I wore them for two gigs and they worked amazing--easy to put in the batteries, easy to clip on my back pocket (cord is about 3ft), and easy to wear. My caveats are (1) when worn over prescription glasses, I found they slide down occasionally, especially when moving a lot. I would find quick moments between guitar chords to push the glasses back to my face. They haven't felt like they were going to fall off, though. (2) As another customer experienced, the wire where it meets the glasses frame can easily break. I threw these on before a song only to find they no longer lit up and the wire was twisted and open. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement pair, so excellent customer service. With this new pair, I'll try some gaff tape at the potential break point as a preventative measure. Absolutely worth the price despite caveats. ... show more
