In general, product seems to be of decent quality; however, purchasers should verify that the kit they receive includes all of the parts listed in the instructions and that the parts are not damaged. The first kit I ordered arrived with punctured packaging (Amazon box had no damage, so the store sent a damaged package), and the wooden sheets inside were damaged. I ordered a replacement from Amazon, which arrived very quickly. The replacement kit also had some damaged pieces that are still usable; however, it was also missing 4 pieces from one of the wooden sheets. The manufacturer of this kit needs to make some improvements to its quality control.

The build quality was not good. It was frustrating because parts did not fit correctly and broke easily, even with careful handling. After build was completed, the electronics do not work correctly. It is unplayable.

This was our first time trying out a puzzle with hundreds of pieces that took several hours to complete and boy did we have a blast building such a unique portable pinball unit! I like the fact that it also works perfectly as intended rather than an item for light use/display purposes and that the background music sounds similar to Starwars!! Thank you I'll definitely be looking forward to more puzzles from this manufacturer!!!

The media could not be loaded. Fun and intricate wooden kit for star wars fans. There is a slight design flaw for the electric bumpers. Only one will work when assembled due to the screws being too long that anchor them. You back the screws and ground them to the bottom portion of the bracket Then all of the bumpers will work. Fun build and plays great! Definitely recommend!!
