I like these a lot because they're actually the sizes you need for traveling or camping gear. They're not heavy material, but they don't feel light and flimsy either. Just nice middle weight material. This is the first time I've gotten stuff sacks that have the fold over top and then a snap connector to close. I love it — makes a perfect handle and I'm not looking for a loose pull-string when pulling gear in or out of a gear pile. It also fully closes the bag, which I also love. This is the kind of stuff sack I will keep buying in the future.

The 5 sizes and fact the air sucks out to male the bags smaller was a huge shock. And for the price definitely worth it. Have not gotten any of these wet to test waterproofing but also I'm keeping my stuff dry now and packed, and avoiding the water. Definitely worth it for the costs.

I am in the army and I need to make sure my belongings will stay dry when it’s raining on me. And long story short after I tested these by putting cloths in it then dropping into a tub of water. The bag was wet. But my cloths inside dry as could be. Outstanding

I filled each with water, rolled the top and applied pressure. The smallest squirted water. The next size had droplets form outside, mostly on the black bottom fabric. Those just got relegated to bedroom and car trash bags. (Which is fine, and I’d have done that with the extras anyway.) Would I trust electronics or paper in here? No. Not out of the package. I’ll be going back to the name brands for serious water protection. As far as sand or debris goes, sure the fabric weave is perfect for beach but not waves.

Will be used to separate items in a backpack, they appear to be at most "water resistant" which is fine as I do not plan to have them totally submerged for any length of time. Hopefully the stitching, buckles and fabric holds up for a few seasons.
