Sorry, guys, but this granny bought the dinosaur for herself!! I think he is so cuddly, well-made and gives a spectacular light show of beautiful stars on the tent ceiling over my bed! Yes, I will share it with my grandson when he comes over, but in the meantime, Barney is mine!!

Bought this for my toddler (2-years-old). They like the changing colors of the stars and we turn it on at bed time. I would say the light is too bright to look directly into, so it's best to put this up on a dresser or someplace where a child wouldn't be tempted to grab it and snuggle it (thereby putting their face directly near the light). We leaned it on an angle on a shelf (leaning against the wall) to aim the stars at the ceiling. This seems to work pretty well. Would be handy to take on a trip to help provide comforts of home in an unfamiliar place. ... show more

It’s actually cooler than expected because of how the lights change! They’re impressively bright as well, my son is eight and loves it! It was a bit smaller than I thought, but that’s actually a good thing because it can fit on his nightstand. The timer shutoff is a pretty cool feature too

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my son. He loves dinosaurs and lights so when I saw this I immediately thought it would be perfect for him. Since it's a gift, we haven't had the chance to turn it on so I can't speak to how well it functions. However, the actual Pillow Pet itself seems to be smaller than what the picture seems to show. I thought it would be more regular pillow size and instead it is more of a baby pillow size. It seems to be made well and is definitely very adorable, but I feel that for the size it's a little overpriced. ... show more
