My 8 year old son wore out his old pillow pet (Paw Patrol Chase), and needed a new one, as he refuses to sleep on regular pillows. He told me the fur on Chewbacca is very soft and the texture is comforting to help him sleep. He can also hold it at night if he wakes up scared from a bad dream, and it helps h get back to sleep. My adult son is a star war freak. Loves everything to do will the "wars". I bought this as a gag gift as it looks like a stuffed toy. I missed the pillow part. Son loved it, laughed his a__ off and we had a great Xmas.
