I have 5 different Total Gym Pilates/infused core DVDs. This one is by far my favorite— it is also the oldest one! It's a one hour very low key Pilates workout performed on the Total Gym. The music is very relaxing as is the very pleasant British instructor. It may seem easy, but the exercises really work. You will need a Total Gym with the Pilates toe bar, the wing attachment and the two piece leg pulley system. Highly recommend! Great way to get a really nice Pilates session anytime you want at a very inexpensive price. ( The other workout on this DVD with Dan Isaacson is also a very good traditional Total Gym workout.) ... show more

One workout is very relaxing & the other is more challenging. Slower pace on one & faster on the other. Good explanations on technique & breathing. Nice workout for stretching & strengthening

Slow paced but great music, very relaxing way to work out. It has 2 workouts on the dvd enjoyed both of them. Very pleased with it and it seems effective. I have tried yoga but not pilates and was surprised I do enjoy it. And the total gym gives you the strength training with it.

The Total Gym is a well made product. I purchased this routine for my wife but she didn't make much use of it.

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE PACE WAS REALLY SLOW BUT THE EXERCISES REALLY WORK. I GUESS I'M JUST USE TO A FAST PACE VIDEO
