My son has a tight frenulum under his tongue so I was a little worried bottles would be hard to transfer to but these were suggested by our pediatrician prior to and have worked great. We have not experienced any leaking or bubbling problems. Overall great product. Very useful for babies that tend to get gassy when breastfed. We have not used these during sleepy feeds. During morning feed though the flow has been ideal with the timing matching the breast. Works well even with high fat milk.

We've got a baby who REALLY refuses to take bottles...read some reviews and saw some good things about these pigeon nipples so we figured we'd try them! Using these was the FIRST time he actually took anything! Granted, this was no miracle pill where he just latched on and went for it like a real boob or anything - we still had to really work at it with him. The first couple times he either refused or would take maybe a half an ounce. Right now he's able to take up to 4 oz, at least whenever I'm not around. So I'll call it a solid WIN! We tried the Mams, Dr. Browns, Advent Naturals and had absolutely ZERO luck! With these, he at least was able to give us a fighting chance and we were able to actually get somewhere with a little bit of work! They're a very soft silicone unlike a lot of the other nipples, which feel more like a harder type of rubber. So to sum it up, with a little bit of persistence, THESE CAN WORK!!! :)

I used these bottle nipples with my newborn as most bottles (even the slowest flow) were too fast for him. He would constantly choke on milk and milk would spill out of his mouth, and even reflux, until switching to these bottle nipples!! Highly recommend for babies needing ACTUAL slow flow bottle. The only downside is the cost.

These have been great nipples for my newborn. I’ve purchased them twice and he goes from boob to nipples very easily. Flow on ss was a tad bit fast but he was used to it quickly. I love the softness and design. Unfortunately 2 of the air vents tore a bit and the milk just spills out so they are not useable. I emailed customer support and no response.

My baby refused the bottle for months until we got this. It wasn’t an immediate fix but he seemed the most interested in these and within a few days he was drinking from a bottle! Super soft silicone. We’ve been using them for 2 months and they seem to be holding up well!

My lactation consultant recommended these or Evenflo balance nipples for a gradual slope making the latch more natural. We got the Evenflo ones first and they were great but he often had milk coming out the sides of his mouth with them and his top lip still curled in instead of flared out. I got these next and they are perfect! He naturally latched right on the latch line and he seems to have an easier time using it because he leaks much less and hip upper lip flares the way it's supposed to! They also work with the Evenflo bottles and the mam bottles we got before baby was born so it's easy to just buy the nipples and have plenty of options with bottles we already had. I'll be only buying these from now on!
