This is a great set for beginners, and what I really love is that there are four lightweight paddles for playing doubles, which is sometimes an easier way to learn. Also great to have for group lessons with friends/family... The bag is well made, and holds all four paddles and four balls. Grips are comfortable... The colors are fun, and it's easy to keep in the car or travel with... Would purchase again!

This set is a really great all in one value. The paddles aren't the greatest quality, you get what you pay for. But don't let that deter you, this is still a great set! It comes with the balls and a storage/sling bag so it is easy to grab and go. The colors are lovely. The grips are decent. All in all I would definitely purchase this again.

I'll be honest- I don't know the difference between an indoor or outdoor pickleball, and I read another reviewer's comments that this ships with indoor balls, but it hasn't affected my enjoyment. This has been a fun set for my family, and my kids like trying to hit the balls to hear that "plink" sound (*that neighborhoods are up in arms over, as pickleball has taken off in popularity). I'm sure that there are lighter/better paddles for competitive play, but for random fun during a BBQ with family and friends, this is just want you need to get a spirited game going. I really liked the "waves" design and colors on the paddles from the set that I received. All 4 paddles and 4 balls just barely fit inside the zippered case that it ships with, and there's also a little mesh pocket on the outside of the bag, so it's easy to keep everything together while transporting it, or even just storing it between "outings".

For the price of this set I wasn't sure of what to expect with the quality. However, I am impressed with the quality of all the pieces of the set. The paddles are well constructed and the handles have a cushioned wrap with nice distinct blue stitching. The bag alone is almost worth the price of the set. It's a stylish grey color and is also well constructed. The mess pockets are convenient for keys, wallets, etc. and the adjustable shoulder strap makes carry the bag very easy. There is plenty of room in the bag for all the paddles and the balls. This is a one-stop pickleball set for getting a 2-on-2 pickleball game going. I am really enjoying this set and I highly recommend it for the price.

We are new to pickle ball, so this seemed like a great "starter" kit for a family of four. Comes with everything you see, and it all fits nicely in the bag which has a good zipper. So without being professional pickle ballers, this seems like a good set so far. I would recommend to a friend.
