I am an avid pickleball player and have been for the past year since me and my wife got involved into it. We do clubs every week and it's just a fun sport. I have been taking it a bit more seriously lately and entering tournaments. To compete at a higher level, I needed a good paddle. I scoured the internet for which brand or where to buy them and I ended up on this paddle. It's priced very well and it is carbon fiber to lower the weight. I am so happy with the paddle after using it for a week. The grip feels nice in the hand and doesn't make my hand sweat or tear it up. The weight, which was one of my main reasons for purchasing, is exactly what you'd expect from a carbon fiber paddle. The pad of the paddle where the ball hits is nice and allows for movement on the ball to be made. I have found I can get more spin and also it is forgiving when you just need a soft return from a hard shot. All in all, give it a shot and you'll be happy that you did. Very happy with it!

This paddle exceeded my expectations, since it isn't a well known brand. My previous paddle was a Vactic Pro, and I like it, but overtime it has shown it's age. While looking around for a replacement, I found this paddle which looked like a comparable paddle for less than some of other brands. Initial impressions: Right out of the box, I was impressed as it came with a cover, but also 4 overgrips to use. It is a good weight and I believe the 8oz mentioned in the description is correct. It has a nice sized handle and a very gritty surface. Playing with it. This paddle plays very well. It provides great spina and has a nice sweet spot. When you hit the ball, it makes solid contact and very little to no vibration. My vactic vibrated a lot more even when it was new. Overall, this is a great paddle for both power and control. I would recommend it for intermediate players that don't want to spend a fortune to upgrade.

Seriously, higher quality paddles make it so much easier to improve your game. Instant feedback, great control, lightweight, and they just feel and play better. I’ve been experimenting with different paddles and the carbon ones are by far the best feeling and the best looking.

My husband and I are new to playing pickelball but several of our friends are into it so we thought we'd upgrade our paddles and try to become some competition for them. This SVICX paddle has a beautiful minimalist design. It looks sophisticated and chic. One of our pickelball fanatic friends looked at it for me and said it looks like a great paddle and that carbon fiber is what we want. She's diehard so I believe her. This paddle has a nice weight to it and feels comfortable in my hand. I've bounced a pickelball off the surface of it in my kitchen but haven't gotten to try it on a court yet. While I’m not an expert pickleball player, I’ve been playing for almost 2 years now and would describe myself as now being at an intermediate-advanced skill level. Therefore, I figured it was time I upgrade from my starter paddle to one more reflective of my higher skill. This paddle definitely feels lighter and overall a very nice improvement from my previous equipment. It feels good in the hand, comes with a protective sleeve for the paddle, and extra grips. This seems like a great choice for the price and both looks and feels premium compared to those beginner paddles. Very happy with this new paddle
