We used this to mount a UHF / VHF antenna through our trellis. All the hardware is the same nuts, bolts and screws. The bolt heads fit into square punch-outs so tightening the nuts is a piece of cake. It’s also easy to take down.

Real good antenna mounting pole, except for one thing?! I used this product for mounting an outdoor access point antenna. The assembly is straightforward. Get the pole’s sections put together with the brackets and supplied high quality bolts and nuts. Once you’ve completed all these steps it’s time to attach the base to whatever structure you intend. The base has plenty of pre drilled holes to use the high quality stainless steel lag screws to securely hold it down. Now here’s my criticism of this product. Once you’ve completed having the base secured, the pole sections assembled, the manner in which you secure the pole to the base, is not very secure. Even after I fully tightened all the supplied carriage bolts, in their correct mounting locations, the pole still was able to move. Not side to side, but backwards (away from the mounting bolts! I don’t anticipate any further problems, but if a strong enough wind blows in the right direction and creates enough force on the pole, it MIGHT just move backwards on its own!

Purchased this to mount OTA TV Antennae on the wall so it would elevate above the roofline. Similar to another reviewer and their picture, I opted to use a straight pole, then curved to extend past the eaves to clear the roof line. Did an excellent job !! The pipes are MUCH thicker and sturdier than the ones that came with my OTA Antennae mounting kit. Great easy to mount and sturdy product for the price !

It is solid and has many different configurations based on your roof style. I ended up mouting my item on my screen enclosure framing. The included lag bolts are meant for wood.

Bought this to support my "Ambient Weather" weather station. Does exactly what it should, build-quality was just right....however I did sub out the included 'galvanized' hardware (carriage bolts, lag screws, washers, etc.) in favor for stainless steel type; easily done on the cheap from your local ACE hardware store. Importantly, the unit included the separate stabilizing bracket, very important for overall rigidity. I will spray it with black rustoleum paint to resist corrosion. 1-1/4" dia tubing also good. Although I won't need them, the ability to add additional tube lengths is a nice option. Came promptly, well packed, no damage, would buy again.
