These shelves look really nice installed. Very zen and feng shui looking. I have a bunk bed with a desk under it and needed these shelves so I could use a small lamp in bed. I also needed them to set reading materials and other nighttime items on. Some will eventually have plants on them. While the shelves are easy to install, you also need a drill, screwdriver, flathead, level, and a pencil. The price of these shelves is unbeatable and the quality is great for the price. The wood is lightweight with a darker stain on it. The only thing I would recommend (if you have time) is to put a clear coat of some form on the shelves. They tend to scratch easily, but not super noticeable. I also noticed when installing them the wood stain mildly came off and made my hands look a little dirty brown. Again, a clear coat would fix that. The drywall mounts work great and screw into the drywall easily. They provide good support for the shelves and the shelves are easy to slide onto the mounted wall brackets. I highly recommend these shelves. I purchased a total of 5 sets and will buy more if needed.

these took over a month to deliver, it kept getting pushed back which was super annoying but these are the cheapest shelves i could find so i waited it out! they are rough and there are some imperfections. i had my brother stain them and put a clear coat on them. overall they do the job and look very nice!

I had a couple sets of floating shelves from another manufacturer I installed in another room and they started drooping not too long after they went up. I took a chance on PHPH Wood Floating Shelves because I needed more shelves for my office and hate the look of brackets. These shelves are the real deal. They have metal mounts that can be bent out slightly to improve the grip on the wood shelf. Also, they include proper drywall mounting hardware, not the little mounts that spin endlessly in the wall grinding out a larger hole when you insert the screw but proper plastic anchors with some serious teeth on them. The shelves are incredibly sturdy on the wall and can support some decent weight. The stained finish is nice and I believe they are sealed so no residue should rub off onto anything especially your hands as you install them. At least not for me. I'm a fan.

These are real floating shelves! All of the hardware is hidden. I selected brown for the color and it is a nice dark brown. They have a natural wood finish which I will probably cover with clear polyurethane to make them a little shiny. They are a peace of cake to install and come with all of the hardware needed for installation. Simply remove the brackets from the back of the shelf, install the brackets to the wall either using the included anchors and screws, or just the screws if you're lucky enough to hit a stud, and slide the shelf on to the brackets. So far, I have only installed one of these shelves as I was excited to see how they look. They are going in my billiards room to hold my stereo equipment. Excellent value for the price! I recommend this product!

I really like the look of these shelves. They look fairly simple to install and now that all of our Christmas decorations are put away we will be able to hang these up. I do have to go to the store to purchase missing hardware but that shouldn't be too much of an issue but it is an inconvenience

still cant believe they send you 5 beautiful shelves for that price. For some reason, floating shelves are way overpriced in my opinion. But I found this product to be quite a good deal. The quality of the product is excellent. Not furniture grade hard wood that you would use for carpentry obviously, but that doesnt take away form the fact that it is REAL wood and still looks beautiful. Anchoring system is nice and strong and quite ingenious in my opinion
