I absolutely love this Phomemo Thermal Printer! Works with bluetooth also has a disk drive as an option to use on a computer. Comes with a usb- c cable as well a a storage pouch instructions and the box and 5 thermal printer sheets. It prints great I printed a 2023 calendar and a random picture I had in my phone. It's small lightweight only around 2.2 lbs and rechargeable. It didn't take long to charge and it was simple fast and easy to set up. It does come with instructions if you need them. It's also great for printing tattoo stencils and you never need to replace the ink so that's amazing. Can print 130 pages before needing to recharge the battery. It's not very loud which I enjoyed. Also love the Phomemo app which has templates for calendars and all kids of clip arts or you can do you own drawings,pictures, paperwork, homework, invoices, websites, recipes ect Does not work with regular paper since its thermal but Phomemo thermal paper is priced very affordable. It was packaged very good I Don't have any actual negative impressions I love all my Phonemo products can't wait to see what they come out with next ... show more

I was very excited about this product and the portability and convenience it provided. First of all the print quality is quite bad. Unless you just need basic printing for on the go stuff, the resolution is not so good and unpresentable. It looks quite fuzzy. Now, I'm not sure if this is due to the printer, or how thermal paper reacts to printing. The technology is promising, but looks like a bit more R&D is neccessary. However, the main issue was that it arrived fully charged but when I plugged it in to charge it a few days later, the product stopped working. Now, it will not charge or turn on. I've contacted Phenemo and although, they are responsive on whatsapp, they have still to solve my problem. THey have said that if it actually is a deffective product, they will refund my money, but what about the tons of money I've invested in the thermal paper??? 1st of all for all the negative comments... If your going to use it for stencil printing. Only use it for stencil printing.. using it as it's says for multiple uses wouldn't be the best idea if you want to keep the printer's heads in tact.. Different types of paper will cause the heads to shift.. The product it's self is incredible.. ... show more

The first few attempts at using this printer were a complete failure unfortunately. I tried a few things in the settings, but nothing seemed to help. It took an embarrassing amount of time to realize that Spirit brand transfer paper is too wide to fit properly and had to be cut to fit correctly. On top of that, Spirit's current paper is nothing like what I'm conditioned to expect from them. At first I thought it was the printer. Then tried Yilong cheap paper, which also had to be cut by a quarter of an inch to fit. It worked unbelievably well in comparison. If the size was 8.25 inch width like standard paper and thermal paper, I would leave 5 stars. The annoyance of cutting each sheet to fit, quickly leads to recommend another competing product. ... show more
