I'm pretty happy with this overall. My husband and I both have pretty sensitive teeth, and these seem to work just fine. They can be a bit harsh for sensitive gums if you accidently hit your gum while brushing your teeth, but that's for very sensitive gums. If you're wanting replacements that fit flush with the toothbursh, though, these do not do that. I'm not sure if it's the model of toothbrush we have, but neither with my husband's nor my toothbrush does the replacement head fit on there without any space in between. It doesn't bother us. However, if it would bother you, you might look elsewhere or hope it works for your particular toothbrush. ... show more

    • Exactly as advertised!
I spent about an hour online and about an hour in person trying to locate local retailers who carry this item in stock, but was unable to find them. I guess no one in my city of 100,000+ has sensitive teeth or needs a soft brush head for their electric toothbrush -- LOL! I appreciated that this shipper was prompt and the items were exactly as described. I bought two 3-packs, which according to the manufacturer, should last me a year. Each brush head comes with a protective plastic cap for travel. Be aware that even when snapped into place fully, there is a small gap less than a millimeter wide between the handheld base and the very bottom of the brush head, so be careful of drips or getting water into the mechanism. This is a design flaw in this toothbrush and not a problem with this particular item. The item shipped very quickly and after using it for a week, I'm quite pleased. ... show more

    • Softer than standard bristles !
These truly are softer bristles and saved my gums from the beating they were taking with the standard bristle brush that came with the Sonicare unit. I would stick with these rather than try third-party brands since some of the third-party reviews of the product were not great.

    • Daughter loves them
My 18-year-old daughter has sensitive teeth post chemotherapy and she absolutely loves this toothbrush head. They fit tight into the unit and are very soft on her gums but yet clean her teeth very very well

    • The ONLY Sonicare made brush that I can use that is not too harsh
I actually like this brush. It is not too harsh or stiff, does not hurt my gums and has not caused any sensitivity for me. It fits my snap in handle, but it does not have the RFID chip so I am not sure what I am missing without that, but this feels good which is MOST important. It is new for me and over time, this will soften so I will probably like it even more. I am using this with the new Sonicare 990 which is "smart" and app enabled, or rather required. It feels good to me at 62K and I do like SOFT brushes, I can not stress that enough. It works for me. ... show more

    • Kind to my Teeth & Gums
I really like Sonicare and have been using their electric toothbrushes for years, but lately the replacement heads I buy in drug stores or at Costco are brutal. I bought their model that is supposed to stop if you are applying too much pressure, but the brush heads actually hurt with little pressure. My dentist asked me what had I been doing to my teeth because they showed abrasion lines. Short story long-I found these ultra soft brush heads on Amazon, and I don't know that I find them ultra soft-but they feel fine and I am happy with my Sonicare again.     • Works, but pricey
These are excellent for sensitive teeth/gums! Unfortunately, they are a bit pricey for only three brush heads. Also, according to the colored bristles that tell you when it is time to change your brush head mine only lasted a month, but because they were so expensive I used it for two months before switching it out. I would not travel with my electric toothbrush. When I travel I use a standard "old fashioned " toothbrush. ... show more
