These are great for what they are… no gimmicky colors, and no errors that are associated with led retrofits. My car has 9005 low beams. The originals are 60w, these Vision Plus’s are 65w and they have no blue coating to fake a cooler color temperature. Being brighter they also appear whiter.     • These are brighter, but with a trade off
These are equivalent or not quite as bright as the Sylvania Superstars. Please note that these bulbs burn brighter and hotter than the factory stock bulbs. As a result, the lifespan of these bulbs will be considerably less because the heat generated by high output bulbs shortens their life. That's the trade off. Also note that if your vehicle uses these bulbs as daytime running lamps, the life will also be short on them. So if you don't mind a more frequent bulb change out in order to have a bit brighter crisp light, then these will work out good for you, as well as the Sylvania Superstars and the GE equivalent. Tip: Wear clean rubber gloves when changing out the bulbs. oils from your skin getting on the bulb will also shorten the life.
