I adore velvet and was super excited over this velvety duvet! So far, it does not disappoint in how velvety plush it feels! It is well sewn along the seams with no stray threads and the inside seam lines are also finished off very nicely as you can see in the picture - I have shown the inside seamwork of one of the pillow shams. The zipper is plastic but runs smoothly and isn't catching on the sides. I love how soft is feels to the touch and I hope it holds up for awhile, although I have not washed it yet. The only part I am disappointed in is the color. While it is an olive green, it is much more drab and dull then the olive green presented in the photos, and while I know that color differences can be different due to tablet/computer screens settings, I feel like this is is quite a drastic color variation. While this velvety duvet is not the vibrant olive green shade I was hoping for, it is overall wonderfully warm and cozy for winter while being lightweight at the same time. I definitely this bedset if you love the feel and cozy warmth of velvety goodness!

This duvet cover is so pretty and so comfortable. It’s definitely not something that we will use in the summer because the fabric, though lightweight, is very warm but it’s perfect for the winter months when you want to be comfy and snuggly in bed. I love how soft the material is and how cozy I feel when I climb into bed. The cover has ties all around it on the inside to ensure your duvet insert stays where it should which is also very nice. 10/10 product for me.
