The reviews were mixed on this duvet because of missing corner ties. Well my king size duvet has 4 corner ties and it’s beautiful! The natural color is a beautiful oatmeal shade unlike other duvets I’ve previously purchase, which turned out to be more gray than natural. The shams and duvet are well made, I did not find any flaws. I gave it 4 stars for softness because I’ve only washed it once and it’s still firm but I know it’ll soften with a few more washes. About the price, it is well worth it and a bargain! Update: after only 1 year and 3 months this duvet has barren areas and holes! Not what I would expect from good quality French linen/flax which is suppose to be stronger than cotton. Definitely will NOT purchase another set.

Really nice for the price. Based on other reviews it’s French flax/linen assembled in China. Would I have been more confident if assembled in India - yes - but for the price… The charcoal has a slight blue undertone so it’s more a steel charcoal grey. King fits current duvet just fine. Think it will soften with additional washes. Similar set (colour) from very popular mall based home store was double the price and likely produced at same place! p.s. IT'S LINEN. For all the idiots that don't understand fabric or complain that they have to iron it - linen wrinkles. It's the nature of the fabric. If you want smooth fabric, get a sateen/cotton blend because linen wrinkles when you look at it.

This is a very high quality duvet cover for an excellent price. It's well made, durable and comfortable. My only complaint is that we have a king sized bed with a king sized duvet and this is much too big - I'm going to have to take it in at least 1.5 inches on each side so the duvet doesn't slide around inside. But I appreciate that the bottom buttons all the way across, not some tiny opening that makes you question your sanity and your life choices when you're trying to put it on. For those who complained about the duvet being too rough: linen is by nature, rough. It's a durable material that, mixed with cotton and a tight weave, becomes softer the longer it's washed but doesn't shrink & break down like 100% cotton does.

Five Stars! I love this duvet! The color is washed French linen in king size. This is a great neutral color. The duvet has hidden buttons, custom looking seamed edges and ties inside at the corners to hold your insert in place. I do wish the company let me pick what size pillow shams I needed. I needed standard size not king. Such a minor problem, just thought I’d mention in case you like to layer like I do.

Love the light gray color. This fit my king dark gray comforter. It has the true characteristics of linen: wrinkles and is not super soft. The color is amazing which was the #1 feature I was looking for in updating the look of my bed. It did add weight to the comforter but it's not a deal breaker since we don't sleep under it, choosing to put it off the bed at night. I love the look of it. There are no ties, which I don't use anyway and it has buttons at the bottom. It is not soft to lay on if you are looking for that but met my expectations.

I ended up ordering both the "dark gray" and the "charcoal" colored duvets to compare. The dark gray is the darker colored one while the charcoal is the lighter gray in my pictures. Hopefully this helps someone else pick the shade they're looking for. I returned the charcoal one. I've washed and dried the dark gray and it still looks great. The king size has 8 inside ties for a comforter which is really nice to help keep it in place. The buttons feel a little cheap, but they're hidden from view and they do the job of holding the duvet closed just fine so its not really something I'd complain about, just mentioning it for others. I personally love this duvet. Its a beautiful color, and really soft and cozy. Definitely a great buy for the money. My cats also love it; I'll try and update in a few months on how well it resists snagging/pulls from claws. Update: July 2021 Still holding up great! No major snagging or anything with cat claws. Still loving this duvet.

Got this on sale on Prime Day. The set is exactly as pictured in color and fit. It makes my down comforter like a perfectly regulated cloud. I washed cool and tumbled dry cool for the perfect lived in linen finish and softness. I am a midlife woman who overheats at night and this combination has been perfectly cool and dry so far. I have tried two other cotton duvet covers over the years. This is the best duvet yet. Solid value for quality even at the regular price. Zero regrets, much satisfaction.

I was looking for a linen duvet cover but 100% linen is expensive.. I was surprised to find those linen cotton blend for such a low price, and was leary that it would not be good quality.. However, it is actually very good quality for the price. I also love that it has 8 ties - 1 on each corner and 1 on each side. This secures the duvet nicely so it stays in place. There are some things you should consider before purchasing due to the linen fabric. Linen does hold wrinkles so if wrinkles bother you, this isn't for you. I personally love the wrinkled look and it works with my boho, natural decor. One thing the does bother me is that hair and lint clings to it. However, I just keep a lint roller in my nightstand and give it a quick roll every so often. The color is a nice white, even though the description says cream/white. It is a beautiful, cozy duvet cover and feels like a quality hotel or bed and breakfast. It's so comfy snuggling down in bed and I don't want to get out in the morning.
