I thought I'd give a memory foam pillow a try for the first time and wow, it's firm but yet soft and you don't sink into it. I got this pillow 60% off and had 9 dollars amazon rewards so I got this purple pillow for 16 bucks, lol. I will be getting another one at the right time. It's more comfortable than your average pillow. The first time I ordered I recieved the wrong one but the company was quick to replace it. The odor does go away within 24 hours so no worries there. Just a little bigger than I like, but some people like a bigger pillow. It fits my pillow cases well.

Order this item from Amazon, and that vendor only sent one pillow and not in the color I requested. I never received the second pillow, even though it said ' pack of two'. Amazon customer service ordered the right combo and I am happy with the results. This pillow is great for side sleeping. It is just the right thickness and is comfortable to sleep on. I've tried others that are too hard. This one is soft but still gives support. The only thing that prevented me from giving this pillow five stars was the fact that it is not cooling. Yes, it has holes, but it does not cool like a cool gel pillow does. I use the pillow cover that comes with it which is nice and does not wrinkle or slide off. ... show more

Most of my adult life, I have wasted so much money on pillows that just aren't anything they claim to be. I just wanted a pillow that was actually comfortable. This is it! It did have an odor, which the company said would disappear after 48 hours. I let it air out and most of the odor did disappear. After I sprayed it with Lysol and let it dry, the odor was completely gone. This pillow offers support and comfort whether I'm sleeping on my back or side. It is memory foam, but when I roll over, it springs back quickly, unlike other memory foam pillows I have tried. It has "vented airflow" for coolness to which I cannot, in all fairness, speak. I sweat terribly at night, even though I keep my room temperature at 60 degrees or lower. I can say my hair is usually drenched with sweat when I wake up in the morning. These pillows are very comfortable holder shape are sturdy the only thing I didn't like is that there was kind of a smell to them when you opened them and I had to take the cover off and set them out for a few days before I could use them.. After that they were fine.

I like the level of firmness and size. Doesn’t get as hot as many, doesn’t stay as cool as others. If you’re looking for a pillow to change your life for the better, you may be let down, but it pretty much does what it says it would. Only had it for a week.
