So I bought a new set of clubs for myself and needed a putter. I purchased this one and I couldn't be happier. Ill be honest, when I unboxed it, the only thing that stood out that I didn't like at first was the handle. Its a very light rubber. Immediately I said to myself that I can always have it regripped but actually thats what makes it better in my opinion. I've tried alot of putters but this one feels better than all the other much higher brand putters. Being the handle is so light, the putter can stand up by itself. When using it, you can really feel the weight of the head and its such a crisp ping when you hit the ball. I've had multiple other golfers ask to try my putter out and every one of them were very impressed and seriously considering changing their putters to this one. The head cover is very nice as well. For the price, this putter is definitely worth trying out...I love it and I'm certain you will too.

The finish on this putter is very impressive. Top is brushed stainless steel and bottom is polished. Nice finish on the graphite shaft too. The putter head has good weight to help push the ball for long or uphill putts. Only complaint, which many reviewers mentioned, is the hard foam grip. It’s thin and slippery. I was quick to replace it with a super stroke 2.0 pistol grip. Very happy with putter.

In general, this is a good putter for either shorter players or players who like a very upright lie angle. I’m 6 feet tall, so the steep lie angle doesn’t fit my body type very well. I do like the insert. Contact with ball feels good. I also like that it can stand up by itself. I found this feature handy when playing in wet conditions. However, if you change the grip, as I did, it won’t stand up any more. The original grip is a very light foam and the flat part where you should place your thumbs is not well-defined.

I love this club! I don’t know if it’s the weight of it, or the balance of the weight, but it feels so much more comfortable putting. The bulk wrap works great, took me a little getting used to, but I’m coming from the club, they didn’t have one. I do like the standing on its own feature, doesn’t work that well in the rough if you are chipping first. That’s such a minor detail..

Going frome blade to this mallot style was an easy transition. The alignment guides and unique balance of the stand up makes a good feel. Grip is different but don't think you can change grip without destroying the club balance. Give it time as you need to adjust to the feel.
