  • Good driver
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Ladies Configuration: 12 Degree
I had a hard time using drivers until I bought this one. This driver is very light and I can hit the ball good with it.

  • Totally surprised by how well this driver performs against drivers that cost a lot more
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 10.5 Degree
A decent golf Driver from any major golf equipment manufacturer in the world can easily cost upward of $500 these days. So I am very interested in finding out how this low cost driver can do, especially up against a couple of those major players that I own. Here are my takes on the club: APPEARANCES: This is a busy looking club. When I am addressing the club, it looks really busy down the shaft which is full of icons and graphics. That’s OK except for the use of bright White color for some of the areas (such as the logo of the grip, the shaft flex logo and the PGF logo) which are kind of annoying and distracting especially under the sunlight. A dimmer tone of white or grey would be better. There are graphics on the club head too, two silver color arc lines that traced along the outer perimeter of the crown. Although they are in silver color but nevertheless they too are distracting. FEEL: Club weight overall – Light, well balanced, feels like you can really whip it through effortlessly. Grip – A bit big for standard grip size, may be caused by the shaft’s diameter which is “thicker” than normal. Not a bad thing but could take some getting use to if you are accustomed to Standard size grip like me. Shaft length – 44.5” PERFORMANCES: Easy to hit – Yes Feel during swing: Light weight but not out of control, stable shaft flex. Feel at impact: Solidly good, no twisting Distance – Not bad at all. For me, it averages about 15 yards shorter than my more expansive clubs Flight – Straight. Mid to high trajectory. Sound –Produces high quality solid muted sound during impact like its more expansive counterpart. Off center hits – A bit veer to the left or right but still track straight. SUMMARY: This club surprised me with its overall playability, stability and how well it hits compare to more expansive clubs. Yes the bright white graphics are a bit annoying but that can be taken care of by a couple of black tapes. I think this is certainly a great club for what the money can buy. Perfect for beginners. ... show more

  • Wow!
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 9 Degree
This driver is an amazing value. My background: I've managed a golf course, and I was trained by PGA Pro. I had left the game for a while with too many other hobbies in my life. Needing to rebuild my set, I saw this and took it for a spin. First off, the flex was regular. I have a fast swing, and it didn't feel like a lot of the soft regulars out there; it was on the stiffer side, which I liked. The first thing I noticed was the weight. This thing is so light! Yet, it felt really solid. I never felt like I was swinging a wiffle bat. I got the 9 degree because I like high tees and low long distance shots for my driver (learned golf in a windy area). The performance is surprisingly good. This is a great driver for anyone on a budget that wants close to a tour quality feel without breaking the bank. It looks sharp and comes with a cover on it. ... show more

  • Looks nice but will be keeping my old driver!
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 10.5 Degree
The media could not be loaded. I went out to the driving range with the new PGF club and my son and I both hit about 75 balls with our current driver and the new PGF Driver. At first look the club looks GREAT, love the grip and feel and was really excited to hit the club. We both warmed up with some iron shots and moved on to our current driver and we were both hitting the ball well. I then hit the PGF driver and EVERY ball was slicing right. I had to extremely over correct and swing from the outside in and could hardly make the ball fly straight. I was really excited to try this club, but I have to admit, I don't think I will every be using this on the course. Maybe if you have a tendency to hook your driver this may work for you, but was not a good club for me. ... show more

  • Durability seems below average
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 10.5 Degree
For the price, it works. Primary concern was with durability. After one session, it looks more with worn than a three year old driver. Good option to try if you're trying to decide whether or not to get into golfing, but probably won't last long.

  • Decent Driver for an Average Golfer
Hand Orientation: Right Shaft Material: Graphite Flex: Regular Configuration: 10.5 Degree
Enjoyed hitting this driver. It's got a large and forgiving head, and the ultra-flex shaft works with my club speed. I've had back issues in the past, and I deliberately do not swing hard. It looks good and seems well-made. I did leave some marks on the face after hitting a bucket of practice balls. My regular club has similar marks on its face from balls I've hit. I warmed up with my Taylor Made clubs and then rotated, hitting my regular 9.5 driver and this 10.5 driver. Both gave me similar results, though this club gave me slightly better loft. This club is less expensive than my regular driver and has newer technology. I could hit both my regular driver and this driver a similar distance. The club makes a sound as if it were made of wood. There was no ping that you often get with some drivers. ... show more
