I love everything about them, I bought the smaller one for an outside cat then a mama showed up with her baby kitten, so I ordered a bigger one for them, and I put them both under the steps out back of the house, for fall and winter, nothing warms my heart seeing them in there little houses when it’s raining and now that it’s getting colder here in Ohio! I sneak up on them and they are cozy and warm, rain proof absolutely! I don’t have to worry about them finding a place that’s safe and warm for them at night! I have two inside cats I rescued, I just don’t have the room in my small house, so I call it there apartment complex! This is very cute, lightweight, and easy to assemble. Not sure how it would hold up in a heavy rain. The two cats I’m trying to help are feral and will not go anywhere near a box or container so I returned this. (One cat is now staying under my house.)

I got this shelter for a stray Momma kitty, that had her kittens under our back porch. I wasn't sure if they would yse it or not, but they love it. It did rain pretty good one day and the bottom did get wet, but didn't soak in to the inside mat. The plastic door cover was cheap, and more annoying for the kitties, so i removed it.
