First of all these rings are stunning!! Amazing quality! When we first received our rings mine fit perfectly, but my boyfriend's was too small. I reached out to shop it’s self asked if we could exchange the smaller ring for a bigger size. The seller did not hesitate and said it would not be an issue and they would update us with a new tracking number as soon as they could. They did not request for the old ring to be sent back until his new ring arrived. The new ring arrived and I reached back out and they told us to keep the old ring. The men’s one is fine, but the black immediately started to come off from the nooks and crannies off the women’s one. Not OFF off - the ring is still black and doesn’t look faded - but it was smudging a lot, like it was unfinished/uncoated. Ordered it in November of 2023, got to wear it at the end of December when he proposed. It’s been 4 months now and the ring is peeling and leaving my finger green. It’s super pretty but not worth me having to replace in less than 6 months. Won’t be ordering again.
