The turnaround time I was quick, I felt. The name, pets and choices I made are cute. It’ll be my great nephew’s 1st toy with his name on it. The peg option on the letters was what drew me to the puzzle.

I ❤️LOVE❤️ that I found this "Make the Puzzle of your choice" on Amazon❣️ I came looking for a puzzle that would make a GREAT 1st Birthday gift for our First Great Grandchild, and I found this one, I read the reviews, saw that I had a choice of thickness of each piece of wood (I chose the heavy one👍👍), and looked through each puzzle selection~matching colors of animals that would be side by side, checked out their ear shape so they wouldn't confuse a young child, added two choices that were not animals~a love heart, and a snowflake, chose the name colors, and placed my order. It arrived in today's mail, and I am THRILLED with it all. Great selections, lovely colors, sweet pictures, and all the fun of creating something special for someone special to us. Oh!....and they offer a message to be added to be placed on the back~a reminder of how much her Great Grandparents Love having her in our lives. It was a custom order and arrived on time and was so cute! Her child at the time was 1 year old and this was a great gift (puzzle) that was custom with the child’s name. My friend enjoyed the gift!

I was very disappointed in this item. I had previously ordered a wooden name puzzle from another company and it was very good quality. This time, the name I was using was only four letters so I felt a few cute animals would fill out the puzzle. The wood is very thin and cheap. I ordered NO pegs on the name, and it came with pegs....makes it hard to read the name and was not what I wanted. I received a credit for this item after I called to inform them of the mistake....I did not re order
