I wanted to love this bracelet. I ordered 4 one for each of my sisters and one for my mom and one for myself. The bracelets arrived in cute little gift boxes. I opened the first box it was empty, I opened the second box, empty, I was irritated but I tried another box… for some reason they crammed four bracelets in the other two boxes. The bangle seems sturdy enough but the hearts are very tiny in comparison. You almost need a magnifying glass to read the names and they seem a bit tarnished around the name. The bangle is not the same bangle in the picture. The bangle just looks like a metal circle with no pretty clasp . The heart is an OK size but the name is super tiny on the heart ... there was a lot more space on the heart for the name that wasn’t used. I got this for my mom for mother's day and while I think it is pretty, the names on the hearts are very tiny. I honestly don't think she will be able to see them (8). More than that, the bracelet itself is not hinged and the clasp is not the same as on the picture. You will have to be pretty dexterous to open this bracelet. And the bracelet has to be opened wide and angled hard to get on your your wrist. I tried it on my wrist and it's actually painful. I'm worried it will break. I really needs to be the hinged bracelet or at the least what they show in the picture. I could overlook the tiny names if that were the case. ... show more
