I ordered a charm bracelet for my stepdaughter's high school graduation gift. When it arrived, the monogram was perfect...the bracelet was perfect, but I had underestimated the length and it was absolutely too small for her wrist! In a complete panic, I reached out to Wellesley Row and they offered to switch out the bracelet with one that was a couple inches longer, switching the monogrammed heart to the new chain before sending it back. The turnaround time was within a week, they were very responsive to any messages, and the new bracelet is exactly what we hoped for! This company WILL get more business from us!
