I ordered a charm bracelet for my stepdaughter's high school graduation gift. When it arrived, the monogram was perfect...the bracelet was perfect, but I had underestimated the length and it was absolutely too small for her wrist! In a complete panic, I reached out to Wellesley Row and they offered to switch out the bracelet with one that was a couple inches longer, switching the monogrammed heart to the new chain before sending it back. The turnaround time was within a week, they were very responsive to any messages, and the new bracelet is exactly what we hoped for! This company WILL get more business from us! ... show more

I received this beautiful bracelet in a very timely matter. It’s an absolutely adorable charm bracelet. I didn’t have engraving done. I ordered one for my friend of serveral years to which I know she will love it too. I highly would recommend the purchase of this cute charm bracelet. Very well made!

Kelley responded immediately to all questions and emails. My package did not arrive on time and she was on it! Very responsive and helpful....oh and the bracelet is beautiful!

    • Very cheap made
The product was very flimsy for the price and didn’t fit at all. Then they wouldn’t return it. Won’t ever do business with them again. Paid 70 dollars for a bracelet that is about as durable as dental floss.
