The only directions explain how to use the product ON whatever area you want to treat & prevent mold growth… it didn’t come with any sort of special instructions/directions about how to actually use it IN the HVAC system (supply? Return? On the evap coils? With or without a ULV fogger?) So how exactly am I supposed to USE it in my HVAC system? Had to do a bit of my own digging & research how to effectively use the product for the intended reason I bought it, even though the description of the product clearly states it’s for “whole home HVAC mold treatment”… and both the packaging on the step 1 and 2 of the bottles claim to “check additional product sheet for more info” on how to use it IN an HVAC system. Also, before anyone wastes their $$… the only difference between this & the other “kits” for cleaning the evaporator coils are the size of the product. Otherwise they’re EXACTLY the same step #1 and step #2. And step #1 of this product is EXACTLY THE SAME as vitaloxide. ... show more

    • Needs better instructions
I thought this was more of a surface treatment, but after receiving this, I was not sure how to use it. It does not come with any instructions that explain how to use it. Luckily my brother is an HVAC technician that knows more about this stuff than I do. He said it was easy to use additive and cleaned well, I was hoping this was more of a DIY product ... show more

    • Effective for Mold Prevention
I needed to tackle some mold issues in my home and decided to try this mold removal and prevention treatment. The application process was straightforward, and I appreciated that it was designed for all system components and ductwork. After using it, I noticed a difference in air quality, which was a significant plus. However, the product seems more focused on prevention rather than actively removing existing mold. I was hoping for something more aggressive against tough mold spots, but it worked okay for minor issues.
