If you want the TLDR of this review, and get the measurements of this sleeve that they did include in the marketing material above, look at the bottom of this review. This is a great sleeve. It's not very long, and not too thick. Mutual pleasure is possible with this sleeve if you get what I'm saying. Yes, you can explode while wearing the sleeve. The only complaint I have, is instead of me having to give these measurements, the seller should have this in the description completely. TLDR VERSION: THE SLEEVE WORKS GREAT! BUY IT, YOU AND THE MISSUS WILL BE HAPPY! BELOW THIS IS THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE SLEEVE! (These are from my own measurements of it) Total length externally: a little over 6 - 6.5 inches Total length internally: 5 inches, but because it's silicone can stretch to 5.75 inches Total added girth: 1/3 inch all the way around. (2/3 inch total). This will make you almost 2 inches (or possibly more), thick if you're anywhere near average thickness. Internal hole diameter: 1.38 inches (diameter is straight line across) Internal hole circumference: 4 1/3 inches (circumference is a measurement around your penis) So so it will fit snug and well on most people. 1 in solid head, made of soft silicone. I did not measure the ball loop, but I can honestly say it should fit just fine. This sleeve feels real. And looks real. A little bit of unsolicited advice, learn how to roll this on for best results instead of just trying to slide it on.

Thinking of spicing things up by adding a little size to your fun? Thinking of buying an extender? Here are thoughts after buying and using this product. KUDOS: It's very realistic, the texture is soft and it stretches easily. It's comfortable to wear. CONS: For starters, going to be frank here, if you're just average length already or even a bit longer than that, be advised that inside section where "your portion" goes is about 5 inches or slightly less in length. So for guys who are truly less than average, you're going to get a boost. Average length here so it provided barely any additional length, but about 1/4 inch of additional girth. Was it really worth it? Not really for me but as I said earlier, for some guys, your answer will be a definite "yes!" Also, the silicone product this is made from is super supple and soft but be advised it tore on me first use so just be gentle, use good quality lubrication so you avoid that. OVERALL: For me, durability and functionality were lower than expected. UPDATE: Seller/manufacturer reviewed my review and stood behind their product, offering a refund. It's rare that you have a seller/manufacturer to do so these days so that alone bumped my review up an extra star. They made the issue right and that's awesome in my books.
