If you want the TLDR of this review, and get the measurements of this sleeve that they did include in the marketing material above, look at the bottom of this review. This is a great sleeve. It's not very long, and not too thick. Mutual pleasure is possible with this sleeve if you get what I'm saying. Yes, you can explode while wearing the sleeve. The only complaint I have, is instead of me having to give these measurements, the seller should have this in the description completely. TLDR VERSION: THE SLEEVE WORKS GREAT! BUY IT, YOU AND THE MISSUS WILL BE HAPPY! BELOW THIS IS THE MEASUREMENTS OF THE SLEEVE! (These are from my own measurements of it) Total length externally: a little over 6 - 6.5 inches Total length internally: 5 inches, but because it's silicone can stretch to 5.75 inches Total added girth: 1/3 inch all the way around. (2/3 inch total). This will make you almost 2 inches (or possibly more), thick if you're anywhere near average thickness. Internal hole diameter: 1.38 inches (diameter is straight line across) Internal hole circumference: 4 1/3 inches (circumference is a measurement around your penis) So so it will fit snug and well on most people. 1 in solid head, made of soft silicone. I did not measure the ball loop, but I can honestly say it should fit just fine. This sleeve feels real. And looks real. A little bit of unsolicited advice, learn how to roll this on for best results instead of just trying to slide it on.

Very real looking, good fit and easy to put on. We will see how long the sack strap lasts, but it seems to be of good quality. Feels snug and comfortable for rougher play. Increases girth and length substantially. My only complaint is if you dont fill the entire sleeve you have to find something like foam to fill the void between the tip of the sleeve and your head. She almost couldn't tell it wasnt real, great product.
