Size these true to YOUR size. I used my Nikes and after the first exchange, the second pair fit so well. They click right into the Bike+ pedals and they fit so nicely. I have been using a pair of Tommaso shoes, with the three velcro straps. Decent shoes for the price, but the straps never really got tight enough. The Peloton shoes fit well and tighten up much better than the Tommaso's I own. The buckle/strap at the ankle is a game changer, let's you tighten the shoe up well, without choking out your ankle. These arrived in perfect shape, but they didn’t fit I started the return process, and was informed that I would need to pay return postage. Printed the label and chatted with CS, who let me know to pay it and I would be reimbursed. Took the package to the PO, and they let me know the return postage would be over $200 and no tracking.
