This is a lightweight comforter, but not too light. It is durable after several washes and large a pup who likes to nest. It definitely gets softer with washes.

I did a refresh in my bedroom which had dark tan walls and carpet. I wanted to lighten the room and had the bed wall painted white. I purchased a new coverlet, lamps, and vases from Amazon, and bought a new contemporary painting for over the bed. They key to making this bedroom work was to add tan to the white walls and white to the tan walls for a cohesive look. Then I added this teal green coverlet for the pop of color it needed and added more of the teal around the room. The look I was replacing was a more traditional look, updating to a more contemporary rustic feel to give it that updated look I wanted. This color is actually more teal green than blue and is just beautiful in the room. My camera changes it to more of a blue color. I loved this coverlet so much, I purchase a 2nd one so when this one becomes older, I have a new replacement for this. The price was so great, that the 2 of them equal the prices of one other bedspread. Even my husband commented that he likes it, which he never comments! LOL

I ordered this, but it had not shipped, came back and saw it was $2 less and could arrive a day earlier. I wanted it so I canceled the first order. It just arrived today. After 5 minutes struggling to get it out of the very tight package I had it on my bed. The quilt is thin just as described, very light, and perfect for South Florida. I can't tell you how hard it is to find lightweight cotton, especially dark purple. Hopefully, it can stand up to 3 grandchildren and a dog.

It’s thin but it’s warm. It’s good for nights when it’s a bit chilly in my apartment like recently when we had a deep freeze. Temps were near or below 0 at night and I didn’t have my 2nd heating source running so it was a bit chilly in my apartment. I covered up with this at night and had a fleece blanket on top of this and I was warm enough. I have had this for several months and it’s been on my bed a few times, washed and dried without any problems. I think it’s great!

I bought this for my granddaughter’s new bed and it is very pretty but I wouldn’t call it blush pink. IMO it’s more of a blush peach. It still worked well being that the rug and rope baskets have some peach tones so I do actually love it in the room. But if you’re going for a true soft pink then no I don’t think this is it. Pretty though. And it feels like it will hold up well. It is lightweight and as stated should work well for all seasons. I think my picture (at least on my iPad show the true color) For reference the curtains are a true blush pink. With that said I do recommend this and would buy it again. Hope this helps.
