The vest seems able to take QUITE a smack ... and distribute the force over a broad area (of the torso). El producto es excelente, para proteger pecho y columna. Sin embargo viene sin ninguna ventilación. Para resolverlo le hice cortes por dentro y ahora si entra la ventilación a través de las perforaciones de los plásticos protectores. Con los cortes que le hice se convirtió en la mejor pechera que he tenido para andar seguro sobre mi moto de enduro KTM.. Ahora bien, si la vas a usar en meses frios, puedes dejarla como viene. La estoy usando por dentro de mi jersey y resulto súper inteligente la modificación porque sigue siendo súper cómoda y ya no me calienta.

Super light weight, and fits great under my jersey. Price is affordable. The Velcro straps on the sides help to keep the vest in place and snug. It has adjustable straps on the shoulders in case you need it. The protection on the back is fantastic. I'm 5'9" and about 180 lbs. I bought the large and it fits great. I'm satisfied.

The main description is very misleading for fitting sizes. I got the XL as it suggested because I'm 6', 170lbs and very athletic yet the straps for the waist are not adjustable at all and could fit a pillow underneath this thing. The shoulder straps are slightly adjustable but barely do anything. If I cross the straps over to the other side covering the protective plate, THEN it fits like I would want it to...which is annoying. I'm returning this today -kinda feels like that generic Halloween costume that just doesn't fit you.
