I purchased this as an alternative to the industry standard rugged Otterbox brand. I wanted something different and stumbled upon the Pelican brand case. I am satisfied with the decision. 1 drawback is that the case is very slippery and being used to the rubber around the Otterbox, takes getting used to. With that it does slip in and out of the pocket with ease, doesnโ€™t collect lint, and does come with a clip to further protect either the front screen or back camera, depending on which side you clip it on. It is definitely not on the bulky side, but is bigger than a lot of other cases. There is no built in screen protector and can accommodate a glass screen protector. It does have an authentic DuPont Kevlar backing which is really nice if you like the carbon fiber look. Installation is a breeze, as I switch cases often depending on the occasion as this is my work case. One thing to note is that it does carry a lifetime guarantee, but not through Pelican. Case-Mate is the actual manufacturer and honors the warranty only through authorized retailers ( As Amazon is). So far it is a solid case and the price is right. ... show more

This is my second Pelican case and it's for an iPhone 13 pro. Previous case (same model) was for a iPhone 12 pro and saved my phone 2-3 times from fall damage. My experience is that these cases are very durable, buttons work and charge port is protected by a door. Dropping your phone on its corners or side like I have done is minimized by the cases durable design. Fact is, my phone was not damaged in the least by dropping. I added a camera lens cover and glass screen protector too. The only negative has to do with the button on the right side of the case. When it's door is open during installation the rubber button will fall out. Closing the door after installation will fix this and not be a problem anymore. Would i buy this case again? Yes I would and it would be my 3rd one. ... show more

Generally it's a nice case, and for under $6 for a returned one a steal. They add little raised walls on 3 corners so you can lay the phone down face up and the camera bump doesn't cause it to rock like every other case I've tried. It's a pretty smart idea, but those protrusions aren't very comfortable if your hand hits one. One thing I think it needs is a taller lip around the screen for better protection. ... show more

This is a great case however the on/off button is vey difficult to get too. While the case is on you have to have nails to be able to press the button which is needed for Apple Pay and screen shots. If your not looking to use the on/off button itโ€™s a great protective case.
