It's been a little under a month and it's still sticking on the wall so I would call that a win when it comes to cheaper wallpaper. Most of it lined up until I got to the end on the wall. Looks great, and little on the thin side so be careful that way. Overall happy with it. I ended up needing 2 rolls for one wall.

I bought this for my little she-shed photography studio. I’m in the process of hanging it as I write this. Tip #1 GO SLOW! My first roll I had a lot of wrinkle until I got about half way down the wall. Once I started sticking just two rows at a time it went much smoother (pun fully intended!). BUT, because the brick is so distressed you can’t see the wrinkles, only feel them. Tip # 2 Buy a couple more rolls than you need. 1) you’ll have some loss trying to get the subsequent rolls to line up with the first. 2) just in case you do do struggle with the first roll , you can take it down and trash it if necessary once you’ve got it figured out. The product is a very thin vinyl but it seems pretty tough and has only a slight “glare” to it. It’s simple enough that I’m able to hang this by myself but an extra set of hands would definitely be useful , especially if you need to reposition it once you’ve gotten started. My only complaint is that , like almost alllll brick wall patterns , it’s very repetitive . It wouldn’t be so bad , but there’s this one brick that is very distinct and makes the pattern super easy to identify. I plan on touching up here and there with some dry brushed paint to camouflage the repetition. Ideally they need a roll A and a roll B to spread the repetition out OR don’t include that one distinct brick that makes it stand out so much. Because this is a temporary wall for me (I remodel the main shooting area frequently since my clientele base is primarily repeat customers) , this product was a perfect fix. It’s much easier, faster, and probably more cost effective than painting. I’ll definitely purchase this brand in the future with far less trepidation than I had when I first ordered this .

Took some time to match up the bricks. Once I got the hang of it, it went fast. Love the colors in it. It's thin, but I can tell that it will remove easily when I need too.

Maybe I am not gentle enough, but I have laid paper before with much less hassle. You get what you pay for. The color and pattern of this product is very attractive and the customer service is really good. Amazon sent me one roll of the wrong color and the company was very quick to comp me a roll. I ordered the narrowest roll size which was a terrible idea for the width I had to cover. More seams to match up! My bad. Now that said, this is very thin paper, not much ticker than scotch tape and about as easy to work with. It is not very forgiving. I have worked with more expensive papers that were much easier to work with and gave me a better result. This paper tears easily, and it is difficult to get it to lay flat or line up properly on my 9ft wall. It creases way too easily so that you have to work it over a lot to smooth it without stretching it. The backing has a tendency to stick to the paper making it hard to pull off without tearing the paper or the backing itself. And heaven help you if the baking tears into strands when you separate it because then the fun really begins trying to get it off without poking holes in the paper. That happened to me in a couple of occasions. Very frustrating. The paper tends to stick to itself if you’re not careful. And even though my wall is level I could not get this paper to match up. By the time I got done I could still see seams and I was sweating as if I’d done a marathon. I felt like I wasted a lot of paper trying to get it to match up. There isn’t much on this roll. (Again, my bad, not the fault of the paper in this case) Overall I wouldn’t recommended this to anyone who is a perfectionist or who not terribly patient and meticulous. I went ahead and finished up my wall with it and I’m hoping the furniture will cover some of the creases and such. The outcome is is just Ok.

For my crafting project for my granddaughter it looks okay. But then again most of it isn't showing. It is very very thin tears very easily gets bubbles in it ....it likes to stick to itself so for this project it was hard to work with and I ended up having to use multiple pieces that don't even line up however since you can't see it it doesn't really matter but I have no idea how people are giving it four or five stars and using it to wallpaper an entire wall or giant bar front. Wow. I really can't imagine it being able to hold up to anywhere whatsoever. Kudos to those who had a plan for it and made it happen!! I bought a little more expensive one for two desktops and it actually looks and feels like wood grain so I'm going to go back to that company. This type of contact paper is something I would use for temporary or for ceating a holiday display or toy area, not my house.
