This flooring is pretty acceptable. It has little shine. It’s a great price vs quantity. The quality is ok. Its adhesive is pretty strong and waterproof. I like the color goes nice with the laundry decor.

If you order this thinking you are receiving laminate flooring you will be disappointed. It is definitely not what anyone would think is laminate flooring. However, it is pretty decent quality vinyl 12x12 tiles. It is a rich, dark wood color similar to walnut, and I am still using this as I am flexible to the type of flooring as long as I have a water resistant covering in this secondary kitchen that look decent and bleds with the cabinets. This laminate has a nice texture and wood look and can be laid on the diagonal or with the pattern reversed 45' every other tile for a more parquet look. Its an economical flooring when you need a budget solution or a quick flooring that you can install in a matter of a few hours. Just be sure you start wioth a clean and dry floor for proper adherance to the substrate.
