[Fablioflo Peel and Stick Floor Tile, 12 Pcs 18 Sq.Ft Waterproof Wood Grain Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Easy DIY Self Adhesive Vinyl Floor for Kitchen, Living] In the world of self stick flooring, things have come a long way. Once upon a time it was all work and it the flooring would not stay in place or it'd warp at the edges, etc. Today there are options, like this one, that make the effort of moving a heavy front-load washer and dryer worthwhile to be able to remove the old cruddy stuff and put these planks in its place. This flooring was much more impressive to look at than I anticipated. The wood grain is realistic having different sizes and depths of what would be the rings of a tree when if it were real wood. It has a decent thickness to, hopefully, last a long time. Where it is being placed it won't get a bunch of foot traffic, but it will get plenty of wet things left on it from time to time. That plus the weight of the washer may leave lasting impressions where it's feet are. I haven't seen any yet (I did a short test without having it adhered to the floor), but with as heavy and as hard as that machine works, it's definitely going to stress the limits of these planks. The installation is pretty straight forward. - Like any flooring product, let the box(es) of these planks become acclimated to the temperature and humidity in the building which they are to be used. I'd open the box(es) and leave at least a week. - If you are using multiple boxes, intermix them so you don't end up with blocks of different shades. They will blend together much better if you mix before you start. - Make sure the surface you wish to attach these to is clean and dry. - Make reference marks for your intended layout, being sure to factor in small gaps to allow for the flooring to expand and contract due to temperature variations (thermal expansion) - Test fit the planks into the area they are meant to be. - Stagger the joints, make it more of a woven effect than a big seam where all the short ends meet. This both is pleasing to the eye & helps to keep movement of edges to a minimum. It also helps with any spills, so they won't have one big long path to keep flowing. - Double check your measurements and the placement. - If you need to cut any planks wait until you have made it to those particular pieces, then measure the space they will reside and cut to fit. If you cut them all before hand you may find you've measured wrong or that some feature of the floor takes up more or less planking than expected. Cut as you go, but only after measuring twice. - Peel the backing off part of the first plank, leaving a portion still covered. Have the plastic that hes been pulled off hang to the side so it can be used as a grip to slowly pull it off once you have the initial section aligned and adhered. - Align and place the plank, stick down one end while you are making sure the entirety of it is in proper alignment with everything. Slowly peel the backing off the rest of it and press to sub-floor. These planks have a bit of flex that is rather helpful when installing. - Use a rubber roller & go over the entire plank to make certain all is well stuck to the sub-floor. Roll in multiple directions to ensure full contact of the adhesive. - Repeat the procedure for all other planks. **If you are comfortable with how they bend as you handle them, you can peel the plastic off the entire thing in one go. But be certain you don't handle the adhesive as it might cause a failure at some later point in time. While I'm not a fan of doing it like this, you may find it works for you. You will be more prone to errors when placing, which may lead to having to remove a plank, at which point it is basically unusable, using this method. - Having a second person to help can make this go easier and somewhat faster. But it is not necessary. One person can do this on their own. - After the entire floor is laid, go over each plank again with a rubber roller. Go over the seams with the roller spanning the width and resting on the adjoining planks at the same time. This will help the whole floor become more even overall, less likely to have a minimal rise of some part that could become a trip hazard. The instructions that come with the flooring are on one long side of the box. So be careful when you open it not only to protect the flooring, but to have the manufacturers directions to reference as needed. I really like the grey variant that I received. I expected blah, but got something rather nice. The price isn't bad for what you get. As long as it stays well adhered and last a while, that is. Made in China

I wanted to love these, but I ended up returning them. Pros: The tile are very hefy and thick. They seemed like they would work perfectly for redoing my bathroom floor. They are very flexible and the adhesive seemed tough (although I had planned to use a tile adhensive anyway). Cons: They are french grey, not white. Unfortunately, this didn't fit with my color scheme at all (I needed actually white wood floor). The packaging by Amazon was terrible. They were cramed into a huge box that was left at the end of my driveway held together by packing tape and a prayer. The top was fully open and you could see everything that was inside. The packing from the actually company was done very well and secure.

These are actually much nicer than I expected them to be. The color is really lovely in person and they do not look cheap once you see them up close. They were packaged almost excessively well, but honestly I appreciate it because they arrived in perfect condition. They even included corner protectors so the tiles would not get bent during shipping. I am planning to use these on a countertop in my laundry room rather than as wall tiles, and I think they are going to work great for that. For peel and stick tiles, the material feels surprisingly sturdy. They do not feel flimsy or like they are going to rip or tear while working with them. All in all, these feel much more durable and better made than a lot of peel and stick options I have seen.

The deep gray color on these looks really nice in person and gives a clean modern update without spending a fortune. They were easy to cut and apply, and the peel-and-stick backing held better than expected on a clean floor. These are definitely thinner and lighter than traditional flooring, but for a budget-friendly DIY project, rental, RV, or quick room refresh they work well. The wood grain look helps hide dirt and footprints too, which is a bonus around our place.
