Honest review: Pros: cheap, easy to install, seems easy to reverse, temporary, great looking Cons: -too slippery for a floor surface, might be too dangerous for older people or small children. Totally didn’t expect it to be the case since the tile is not shiny it’s a matte surface but still very slippery. -some packages were not usable due to mis-alignment in how tiles were cut. 1 out of 4 boxes we ordered has this issue and that box was also a returned box shipped to us as new. If you’re serious order more than needed to avoid delay once you’ve started. Best to open and check all boxes before starting. -will not hide imperfect subfloor. We install above existing tiles and any imperfections are shown through. You can feel these spots once stepping on them. So really minimum thickness. Which might not be a bad thing because on uneven surfaces, too thick tiles or too hard tiles will be easy peeled up. -require caulking/grouting after installation. Would definitely add some caulking to be the least. If you space them out with larger gap you can grout as well but they are OK to fit very closely together and just add some caulking on the edges. -more time consuming to install than anticipated. Not too bad though, just requires some patience and carefulness.

Love love this tile. It was inexpensive and did exactly what I needed in my baement bathroom. It was easy to install. It was eay to cut. The pattern matched up and I thought that would be difficult. It is not the thickest tile but it is sold as renter tile or for places where you do not want to invest a lot of money. For my purpoase the quailty was perfect. I love the over all look which is much cleaner looking then a cement basement floor. I added a coat of wax on top just to be sure it was all sealed in the basement.

my floor is a mess, but I snapped this photo so you can see. For the price it’s a really good quality, a little thin and shiny but gets the job done. We bought our first house and had so many projects to do that The kitchen floor had to be cheap. Not to mention we ordered 10 packs and they sent us 20 packs so we were able to give the rest to my mother-in-law. If you’re looking for a cheap way to upgrade a space these are a good choice.
