I had to order these in a pinch and so I was happy that since I'm a prime member they would arrive by 2 pm the next day. Until I hit complete the order and then it changed to you will receive it in 2 days. I don't want to complain because they are nice headphones and my daughter loves them, but the false advertising is not cool. I've been a prime member for years. Also, what if I was not going to be home to get my delivery because I planned on the original day? I just want people to pay attention to the delivery time when you place an order. Headset stopped working after 2 months. My 10 year old son bought this with his birthday money and is very upset that it has already quit working. I would like to exchange it but Amazon return window closed and PDP support site takes me to a log in page that I have no access to. HELP!
