I had my ear re-pierced after one of my lobe piercings got stretched, and was looking to change out the earrings I got with the new piercing. Those earrings (from Studs) were incredibly hard to take out / put in. These are much easier, but still a bit tricky to get the back screwed on myself. I had to have my husband help me, but it would have definitely been easier for someone with smaller hands. Overall though I’m very happy with these. My new favs! I wear them daily. I shower in them and they haven’t tarnished in the slightest. Quite comfortable. I did switch out the flat back though for rubber backs because they were a tad too long for my cartilage piercings. They are very pretty.

    • Not recommended for tragus

Cute, but the screw back is unfortunate. I bought these specially because they were noted in the listing as being great for tragus piercings, and I would not recommend them for tragus or nose piercings given the back type. The screw back is incredibly hard to get on when doing it yourself, especially if it’s in a small and hard to reach area (like tragus or nose). Almost lost the back inside my ear canal a few times! When I did finally get it on, the back is also very thick. It doesn’t sit flush against my ear like so many other flat back earrings that I’m used to and I can’t comfortably wear in ear headphones with them in. Quality is good - and I will still try to wear these as normal lobe earrings, but I am disappointed in the screw back and how thick the backing was. ... show more
