This is the second pendant with chain that ive ordered and recieved. I also have ordered a.replacement chain too. The 2 chains have broken. But I love the cross, so much, and also love Pavoi products so i reordered again. My disappointment lies with the packing this time. No wonder they break. Packaging is so flimsy. I love how these look, especially the gold one! However, the gold tarnished about two months after buying. Granted, I wore it just about every day. I will say that the chain doesn't seem to get tangled easily, and I have accidentally caught it on things several times and it hasn't broken.
