I'll start with the positive. The gray provides nice privacy to my upper level deck and the material even has a metallic looking sparkle when the sun hits it. Some have complained about the enclosed zip ties breaking but out of 2 packs of 80 zip ties only 5 broke so no problem. The material and grommets seem good and was installed on a windy day. There were no tearing or issues trying to install and overall is good. Now for the bad. I needed about 48 feet so ordered 3x50. All was fine untill near the end of wrapping my balcony rail and discovered it is 10 feet shorter than advertised! No way this is 50 feet and even if you stretched it you cannot make up the shortage! Bottom line - buy more than you think you will need if ordering 50'. Maybe the one I bought was a fluke but I needed to purchase another 12 section to fill in the shortage. Overall would recommend.

Our neighbors NEVER clean up the leaves from their trees & the constantly blow thru the fencing! We ordered this to put on our fencing & you would not believe how well this worked. These are well made and sturdy. I bought one from another company and it was not nearly as nice or well made. This fabric is more substantial. Be aware the Beige is more a yellowish gold color and did not work for me. When the Sun hit, it was just too yellow/gold and high contrast. APPLICATION: I acquired this to use as a screen from chaff that is blown from tall grasses next to my above ground pool deck. INSTALLATION: Due to design, this product IMHO is best-suited to either a chain link style fence or thin metal baluster application. It is not well-suited for a pool deck with thick wood balusters application. The wood balusters do not always line up with the privacy product’s gaps between their metal grommets/attach points. Thin Metal top rails and / or thin metal balusters may be better suited and better aligned. It’s optimal to pre-measure the height of your balusters and to ensure you have a minimum of 35 inches from top to bottom of fabric. Were O to have installed this product, I’d be left with an additional 5 inches of fabric unattached at the bottom. I did request a product return. GOOD TO KNOW: The product ships with black zip ties; and black typically, not always, indicates a UV-Stabilized product. Were they not stabilized, they’d break down much quicker with UV exposure. The left and right ends, of this screen, have four grommet rings while the rest has one at top and bottom. It is listed as 3ft (36”) x 25ft. It is actually 35 inches x 25 ft.
