Ordered as a gift for my husband! He is a Navy vet so I thought he would like this. I didn't know he was going to LOVE IT! I was surprised at how beautiful it was in person. I was worried it would be too girlie looking or korny you know? It wasnt though! The chain is very nice quality & strong feeling. It looks really good on him & he has received compliments from his Navy vet friends. So points for the wife!!! Haha! I just think over all it looks very nice on him, it's qaulity made to last, the detail is amazing without making it too huge and gawdy, & it hits him perfectly on the chest. I think the price fits the quality for this item for sure.

PARYFO Compass Necklace is nicely made, as noted in other reviews, and it arrives iplocked separately from the standard 18"+2" cable chain in a branded box with polishing cloth as expected. Unexpected, however (at least by me at hasty request) is the pave zirconia ring bearing the cardinal directions, which makes this considrably glitzier than I realized and isn't noted in the listing, for whatever reason. Plus, once again i'm shouting into the wind: there is no moonstone; it's shimmer-backed crystal (clear from the sides) being confused with a true stone in the description. So, with two pretty big dings that make this not as listed, I'm not sure I trust it's actual onyx inlay either, but I'm no gemologist. What i am instead, is someone who would balk at the price if it were taken from my pocket--no matter how lovely the piece is--because questions about the value remain.

Very nice necklace. The pendant is actually 2 pieces. It's a silver overlay compass piece with a blue globe piece behind it. It's a really cool look and you can't tell it's 2 pieces when it hangs straight. You can see it in the picture as the pendant isn't perfectly straight. The back of the globe piece is engraved. Comes in a nice box with a cleaning cloth. It's very shiny and will look great against a summer tan.

The entire locket is magnetic. It isn't just the hinge either. I believe there is some type of stainless core here. With that said, if you call this locket s925 and do not mention a steel core, it is misleading. The locket is pretty and the hinge works great, but I need more transparency in the materials used.
