Honestly the reason I purchased the costume instead of making one myself was the wig. Super cute in the picture. Even though description says the color of the scarf may be different, which it was (blue) the whole thing looks like a hat not a wig with a scarf. Horrible fit. Awkward. I ended up buying a pair of overalls from eBay and a blue chambray shirt instead. I did use the headband and I cut the name tag and button off the costume and sewed it to my chambray shirt.
