I received the kit.. but I don’t have have 81 pieces. It’s advertised that a 16oz plastic “Its my Birthday” cup would be included in this kit and that’s the ONLY reason I ordered it. I didn’t receive the cup for my daughter and her birthday is next week!!! I am not happy about this! And would like my money refunded for this order ... show more
