The pipes can sometimes be curved a bit so rotating them to straighten might be necessary. It is rather flimsy if you do not fill up the water weight bag. Tip: make time to fill these up. It takes a while but very necessary. With the weight of the toppers (made the mistake if not using helium for those) made the pipe stand lean inward so we used some twine to lightly tie the middle shaft to the backdrop frame. The lot comes with a great amount of rings! You donโ€™t need all of them for the columns if you use 10โ€ balloons (not fully inflated). If you do more intricate designs with 5โ€ inch su balloons, I imagine you would use all of them up. The pump comes in handy if you donโ€™t have balloon measuring tool. My cousin said he used 14 full pumps for each balloon. Iโ€™m so glad we bought this as arches are a bit harder for me if you canโ€™t hang from the wall. -Rebecca ... show more

Works better indoors than outdoors because of the wind. Looks amazing and itโ€™s easy to set up. I only used helium for the two princess balloons I placed at the top of each pillar. I got lots of compliments on them at each party.

the towers were nice it's just everything was so light weighted that when there was a little wind it was easy to blow over. We filled the bottoms with water till they were full but I can't say it was windy but when your outside and you have a little movement the towers fell over. So I just thought they were too light all the plastic maybe if your inside they would be great but if somebody walks by them fast they probably would blow over. other than that they do look nice when you attach all the balloons. You just might want to reinforce them with some kind of weight so they don't topple over ... show more

It was pretty easy to use and worked well for my daughter's birthday party. The sticky tabs that were included don't work at all, but I had some double sided tape and that worked. I will use it again.
