I like the product as it is easy to use and the temperature readings are very helpful. I have set it on the next to the lowest setting of 37degrees Celsius, (96/97 F) and thus far patients have not complained of the gel being too hot. It feels very comfortable in that setting.

This thing stopped working after 3 months of light use. The power light on the side turns on. The temperature selector on the front does not turn on, it does not warm up. There is no option to return or request support.

Great device. A bummer is that I got the one without an ability to control temp. Not that it worries me much, it works very well. It is a good idea guys to update pics or send a strong message to Amazon to not mess up the shipments.
